How to get a perfect Blowout!!!
So what is a blowout?
A blowout is when you blow dry and style your hair with a round brush or a Blow dryer.  Each section
of hair is manipulated with the styling brush to get the smoothest finish.

It’s also a way of achieving shiny, smooth and voluminous hair with concentrated heat using a blow
dryer combined with a styling tool such as a round brush, boar bristle brush or paddle brush.
The heat allows the hair to become moldable and the brush of choice puts tension on the hair creating a
smoother texture from roots to ends.
Let's look at the 7 ways in which you can get a perfect blowout.
1) Start with Shampoo;
The perfect blow out starts with a perfect wash! Begin by wetting your hair with cold water, then apply
a small amount of shampoo and massage it into the scalp. We recommend the  Morocan Hair Shampoo
which is a highly concentrated formula rich in antioxidant argan oil, reconstructive keratin and fatty
acids. It restores elasticity, moisture and manageability of the hair.
Rinse out the shampoo and apply conditioner to the mid-shaft and the ends of the hair, avoiding the
roots. We recommend Syntonics Herbal Conditioning Hairdress 7oz  which is a light formula that
provides a natural sheen without leaving the hair heavy, helps retain the proper moisture balance for
scalp and hair, soothes dry scalp, leaves no greasy build-up for hair that's smooth and free-flowing.
Wash out the conditioner and rinse.
2) Towel Dry;
Use a Soft Towel to dry your hair. Using a soft Towel will prevent your hair from getting tangled and
damaged when you dry it. It also makes your hair cuticles lay flat, so they dry in nice, glossy waves or
curls. If you use a coarse towel, they’re more likely to frizz. A Micro Fibre Towel is the best for you.
3) Apply Heat protectants to your hair;
Coat hair with a heat protectant to protect it from heat damage during the blow dry. The type of product
you use depends on the type of hair you have. If you have thick and curly hair, apply straightening
balm. But if your hair is fine, apply a volumizing spray. Shine serum also works well on most types of
hair.
4) Section your hair;

Divide the hair into sections and secure it using clips or pecks. We suggest you section the hair into a
mohawk, then blow dry from back to front. The reason for this is that heat should be evenly distributed
throughout your hair to avoid over heat on some potions. It also  makes it dry fast.
5) Ready your Styling Brush;
Now that you’re ready to blow dry, do so with a round styling brush with nylon or boar bristles. These
types of brushes are gentle on the hair and will create soft waves full of volume. Metal brushes heat up
too fast and can burn the hair.
6) Blow Dry the hair;
Pull the brush through the hair as you blow dry with your heated Blow dryer. Follow the brush with the
dryer. Begin the process from the edges and advance simultaneously down to the roots. Make sure to
keep the dryer at least 6 inches away from the scalp and the nozzle pointed down at the hair at all times.
This helps the hair cuticle lay flat and minimizes frizz.

Dry it in sections as you separated earlier, from back to front until you finish with the crown, then fall
back and blow dry it again this time from any angle to make sure it’s completely free of moisture.
7) Cold Blast;
Finally, blast your hair with cool air from the dryer to lock in shine.

There you go!!!, you have your perfect Blowout. This Blowout can last for 3 to 5 days depending on
how you handle it. Use dry shampoo on the roots of your hair, and sleep with your locks in a knot.
